Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website taximarbella24h.com and booking a transfer with Taxi Marbella 24h, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Taxi Marbella 24h provides pre-booked private passenger transport with driver from Malaga Airport to destinations on the Costa del Sol. All transfers are operated with premium Mercedes vehicles (taxis or minivans).

3. Booking Process

  • Bookings must be made through our online form or via WhatsApp/email.
  • You must provide accurate passenger name, flight number, pickup time, and destination.
  • Confirmation is sent instantly upon successful booking.
  • Changes or cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Fixed prices as shown on the website (includes IVA/taxes).
  • No hidden fees. Price includes tolls, waiting time (up to 60 min for flights), and luggage.
  • Payment on arrival to the driver in cash or by card.
  • Online prepayment available upon request.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount.
  • Flight delays: We monitor flights and adjust pickup time at no extra cost.

6. Driver Meet & Greet

Your driver will wait in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Waiting time included:

  • 60 minutes for international flights.
  • 30 minutes for domestic flights.
  • Additional waiting: €25/hour (billed in 30-min increments).

7. Luggage Policy

  • Standard allowance: 1 suitcase + 1 hand luggage per passenger.
  • Extra/large items (golf bags, bikes, etc.): Must be declared at booking. Extra charge may apply.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged luggage.

8. Child Seats

Available free of charge upon request (subject to availability). You must specify age/weight at booking. Spanish law requires appropriate child restraint.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays due to traffic, road closures, or force majeure.
  • Maximum liability per booking: the price paid for the transfer.
  • Passengers must wear seatbelts. Driver may refuse service if safety is compromised.

10. Prohibited Behavior

No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances in vehicles. The driver may terminate the service with no refund if rules are violated.

11. Complaints

Report issues within 24 hours of the transfer to info@taximarbella24h.com. We aim to resolve within 7 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
