1. Service Provider

These terms govern the taxi transfer services provided by Taxi Marbella 24h, with registered address at Av. de Andalucía, Málaga, Spain.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone
• All bookings are confirmed via email within 24 hours
• You must provide accurate pickup location, date, time, and flight details
• Prices quoted are fixed and include VAT

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
• Late cancellation: Less than 24 hours - 50% charge
• No-show: Full charge applies

4. Payment

• Payment is made directly to the driver upon arrival
• We accept cash (EUR) and card payments (Visa, Mastercard)
• No advance payment is required

5. Flight Monitoring

• For airport pickups, we monitor your flight automatically
• If your flight is delayed, we adjust pickup time accordingly
• We provide 60 minutes free waiting time from flight landing

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time
• Inform us of any special requirements (child seats, extra luggage)
• Provide accurate contact information
• Behave respectfully towards our drivers

7. Luggage

• Standard luggage is included in the quoted price
• Golf bags, bicycles, or oversized items may require a larger vehicle
• Please inform us of special luggage requirements when booking

8. Child Seats

We provide baby seats and booster seats free of charge. Please specify your requirements when booking.

9. Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• All vehicles are fully licensed and insured
• Passengers are covered by vehicle insurance during transfer

10. Modifications

Changes to your booking (time, location, passengers) should be communicated at least 12 hours in advance. We will accommodate changes where possible.

11. Complaints

If you have any complaints about our service, please contact us at info@taximarbella24h.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
